Interdisciplinary Center for Experiential English

Our philosophy

The Interdisciplinary Center for Experiential English is an education provider which aims at bridging the gap between theory and practice in English language learning. Our kaleidoscopic method of teaching takes into account recent scientific findings in the fields of linguistics, neuropshychology and education, disciplines which offer insight into key questions about:

  • How second language acquisition takes place in the brain
  • Which teaching practices appear to be helping towards learning and towards the development of the individual across different education systems all over the world and which of these practices can be implemented and trigger positive outcome
  • The circumstances under which learning English can be a boring and expensive process with little outcome or a means towards mental and professional advancement
  • Learning for the exam/certification or acquiring profound language skills for life
  • The ways in which language learning can help in changing one’s mindset, taking control of mental and physical mechanisms and in succeeding towards an exam, a conversation, a speech in front of an audience, towards a job interview, for my studies or at work
  • The methods of teaching English to kids, teens and adults with learning difficulties/disorders

We prepare our students towards the highest international academic and professional certifications, under the principles of experiential learning and recent scientific findings on how the human brain processes and acquires English as a second/foreign language.
